THE 2010 XSTRATA NICKEL SWIM THRU PERTH
Claremont Masters Swimming Club is the proud host of the 2010 Xstrata Nickel Swim Thru Perth, to be held in the Swan River on Sunday 17th January 2010. This event is the oldest open water swimming race in Australia featuring the traditional 4km swim for solos and The 2.2km Xstrata Nickel Dash for teams of 4 and solos with both events now eligible for points in the Dale Alcock Open Water Swim Series for Masters swimmers.
Claremont Masters is proud to be able to donate part-proceeds from the 2010 Xstrata Nickel Swim Thru Perth to The Paraplegic-Quadriplegic Association of WA and acknowledges the invaluable support of our sponsors Xstrata Nickel, Coventrys, Aqua Shop and UWA Sport &Rec and our very special Event Patron, seven-time World Marathon Swimming Champion, Shelley Taylor-Smith.
